together with partners delivering a range of early help, family support and
effective social work interventions which build resilience, remove barriers
and enable children and young people to look forward to a brighter future.
The role An opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to work in the Essex 'front Door', working with partners and the Hub staff team to ensure the application of threshold in line with the ESCB Effective Support document through use of a matrix management system. The role requires agility, and flexibility, to reflect the many elements of Hub and related wider partnership work. The role holder will have experience of threshold application, working with
internal and external partners, and working within a pressured environment.
An understanding of data, audit, and performance management is a key
element of this role, informing both practice standards and service
development.
You will be working alongside the existing Team Managers to promote a
high-performing, customer-centric culture identifying the right
intervention, at the right time ensuring that children and their families
receive the lowest form of safe intervention.
