Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Castle Point
Borough Council to recruit a Fitness Instructor on a part-time, permanent
basis.
*This role will consist of two shifts per week, Monday’s
05:30am-11:15am & Friday’s 08:45am-14:45pm at Waterside Leisure
Centre*

The Opportunity
To support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals by
providing guidance, motivation, and structured exercise programs. Promote
physical well-being, encouraging healthy lifestyle habits, and ensuring the
safe and effective use of fitness equipment.
Tailor exercise plans to suit clients' fitness levels, goals, and needs and
provide clear instructions and demonstrations for proper technique and
form.
Inspire individuals to maintain regular exercise routines and educate
clients on the benefits of physical activity and healthy living. Ensuring
amazing customer interaction and retention.
