Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract / Secondment opportunity for a period of 24 months and is a part time role, offering 22.5 hours per week worked across the following days and times: Monday’s: 10am till 2.30pm Tuesday’s: 10am till 2.30pm Wednesday’s: 10am till 2.30pm Thursday’s: 10am till 2.30pm Friday's: 10am till 2.30pm The pro rata salary for the role is £14,195.68 to £15,615.61 per annum The Opportunity The Admissions Assistant will be responsible for maintaining electronic records and processing enrolments and registrations in line with Education Skills Funding Agency requirements. The role requires excellent customer service and administration skills, the ability to use systems to accurately record data and key information about our learners. To be able to apply multiple processes and procedures from different curriculum areas within the service.
