Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead - Colchester Amphora Trading Ltd (Amphora Connect) Colchester, Essex Full-Time, Temporary 3 Month Contract, 37 hours per week £15.00-£18.00 PAYE / £19.23-£23.08 Umbrella per hour Closing Date: Monday 3rd August 2026 Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Colchester Amphora in recruiting a Customer Service & Acquisition Lead on an initial 3-month contract. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site a minimum of 4 days per week. Amphora Connect is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead to play a key role in supporting our fibre broadband business. This is an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence, sales lead generation, account management, and business support within a growing digital connectivity operation. About the Role - Working closely with the Amphora Connect team, Digital Marketing Lead and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new customers, supporting existing users, and helping Amphora Connect achieve its ambitious growth targets. You will manage customer enquiries, convert leads into paying customers, oversee customer onboarding processes, support billing and credit control activities, and contribute to service performance reporting and business improvement initiatives.
