About the Role Are you passionate about improving community safety and increasing residents' confidence and feelings of safety? We are looking for a motivated and solutions-focused Community Safety Officer to join our highly regarded Community Safety Team at an exciting time of development and change. This is an unique opportunity to help shape the borough's response to anti-social behaviour and community safety issues, working alongside key partners including Essex Police, Essex Fire and Rescue Service and local voluntary organisations. In this role, you will play a vital part in reducing anti-social behaviour, strengthening community confidence, and ensuring residents feel safe within their neighbourhoods. You will use problem-solving approaches to address complex community issues and deliver meaningful outcomes for some of our most vulnerable residents.
