Litigation and Regulatory Team Leader £50,998 to £55,224 inclusive annual salary + Market Supplement (up to £5k depending on experience) + Local Government Pension Scheme (Pay Award Pending) Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week) Flexible working options (including hybrid) Job Ref: P1719 About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in the Legal Shared Service Litigation and Regulatory team. This is a pivotal role, combining people management, strategic influence and specialist legal expertise. You will lead a talented team of legal professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, proactive and solution-focused legal advice that supports the Council’s priorities, protects its interests and helps deliver positive outcomes for our communities. Working closely with senior officers, elected Members and partner councils, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, managing complex and high-profile legal matters, and driving continuous improvement across the Legal Shared Service.
