What the Job Involves
As a Planning Enforcement Officer, you will manage a personal caseload, including sensitive and complex matters. Your role involves carrying out site inspections, gathering evidence, and preparing enforcement reports, notices, and appeals documentation. You will provide senior professional advice to the team and collaborate with other council services, police, and regulatory bodies. This role features a hybrid working arrangement with required office or site presence, supporting urgent site visits or formal enforcement actions as needed.
