What the Job Involves
This role involves purchasing goods and services for teams across Nottinghamshire from a variety of vendors. You will manage the team inbox and your worklist, raising orders via BMS/SAP according to procedures. Key responsibilities include liaising with requisitioners, vendors, and departments to resolve issues, providing process guidance, chasing invoice approvals, and confirming goods receipts. You will also be required to follow organizational policies and undergo ongoing training to stay aligned with evolving business needs.
