You are dedicated to supporting families and children, particularly during early childhood. You excel in communication and play-based interventions, providing essential support to parents and carers, and helping them gain confidence in their caregiving abilities.

What the Job Involves

This role involves working directly with families from pregnancy through early childhood within Enfield's Family Hubs. As a Family Help Intervention Worker, you will deliver group-based and targeted interventions both at the Family Hubs and within the community. Your goal is to ensure families access the right support at the right time, contributing to our mission of offering joined-up, early help when families need it most.
