We are seeking a team-oriented individual who can effectively manage the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and supply chain. You should be adept at driving productivity among operatives and maintaining exceptional communication with our customers.
What the Job Involves
This role requires you to work collaboratively as part of a three-person team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the DLO, ensuring the efficiency of the supply chain, enhancing the productivity of operatives, and upholding a high standard of customer communication.
