Who You Are
You will temporarily cover for the case manager, working collaboratively with the team in a hybrid setting. You are committed to ensuring tenants within the community have access to a high-quality and responsive housing and support service while promoting independence and choice.
What the Job Involves
Your role will involve overseeing the administration and management of approximately 140 to 160 social housing tenancies. You will ensure that housing landlord duties align with Somerset Council's policies and procedures, manage social housing properties, and oversee various sheltered housing schemes. Your goal is to maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for tenants.
