What the Job Involves
This role involves managing cases with high levels of risk and complexity, ensuring safeguarding practices are adhered to, and leading operational social work practice. You will work closely with practitioners and safeguarding officers, chair adult protection meetings, and support legal interventions. The role also includes contributing to service development, innovative practice, and ensuring that care plans are person-centered. Additional responsibilities include quality assuring reports and documentation, establishing peer review initiatives, and handling resource allocation within set delegations.
