You have the ability to effectively communicate and follow detailed care and support plans, ensuring that all services are delivered according to established regulations and policies.

What the Job Involves

Based within supported living recovery houses, you will work 12-hour shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Your main responsibilities include providing assistance with daily living skills, medication management, attending appointments, and engaging in leisure activities. You will support individuals in personal and practical care tasks tailored to their needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, and household tasks.
