What the Job Involves
As a Housing Officer, you will manage a local patch of properties within the Ashfield district. Your role involves delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management services, including ensuring compliance with Tenancy Agreements, addressing anti-social behavior, and supporting vulnerable tenants. You will provide advice and support to sustain tenancies, take enforcement actions when necessary, and ensure services comply with relevant legislation and best practices. Maintaining a visible presence on Council estates and managing your case load efficiently as per performance targets is key to the role.
