What the Job Involves

You will be responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of local authority planning and support, providing oversight and strategic vision across adult social care. The role includes delivering leadership and practice development, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and representing Redbridge Council at various forums. Additionally, you'll support the Redbridge Safeguarding Adults Board and lead initiatives like Self-Neglect and Hoarding Protocols and Community MARAC.
