What the Job Involves
The primary responsibility of the role is to take accurate and non-verbatim minutes during strategy meetings and other statutory meetings for Children, Young People and Families (CYP). This involves producing high-quality documents within departmental timescales, supporting the independent chair with the creation and updating of written child protection plans, and assisting in producing appropriate versions of minutes for young people and families. Additional duties include maintaining a secure and confidential handling of information, inputting minute-related data into IT systems, and actively suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
