You demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills and maintain a professional demeanor in all circumstances.

What the Job Involves

This role involves supporting the residential care home manager in the day-to-day operations and administration of the care facility. You will manage a team of staff ensuring they deliver high-quality care to older people, including those with dementia. You will lead by example, supervising and supporting staff, identifying training needs, and promoting professional development. You are responsible for ensuring all care and operational activities adhere to CQC guidelines and the home's policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning, service development, budget monitoring, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
