Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional who is passionate about helping individuals enter the workforce and committed to ensuring students in Plymouth have access to school transportation. You should be a proactive, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What the job involves

This full-time position, working 37 hours a week from Monday to Friday, involves organizing recruitment for both Agency and PCC Passenger Assistants. Your tasks include setting up interviews, handling necessary paperwork, uploading documents, and tracking progress from application to workplace. You will liaise with prospective candidates, assist successful candidates with completing paperwork, and distribute recruitment information throughout Plymouth. You'll be part of the School Transport Team, where humor and adaptability are essential as you may be asked to perform other grade-appropriate duties.
