What the Job Involves

As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team of social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent social work practice. Your responsibilities include efficiently allocating contacts and referrals, managing workloads, and collaborating with partners to enhance service quality. You will oversee and scrutinize practice, providing supervision and supporting professional development within your team. Additionally, you will facilitate mentoring for new and aspiring Team Managers, maximize financial resources, and foster an environment of clear communication and engagement. Contributing to the development of children’s services locally and regionally, you will support Service Managers in executing specific projects.
