What the job involves
This position involves working as a Customer Services Advisor, where you will handle inbound calls and answer Council-wide enquiries from the public. The role requires you to work in a fast-paced call centre environment with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You'll need to work at least two days a week from the office, and additional days as required for training purposes. Initial training includes a two-week course both in the classroom and through shadowing.
