Who You Are
We are looking for experienced Social Workers with at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience. You are someone who is committed and dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives. You thrive in a supportive team environment and are motivated by delivering high-quality, child-centered services. You are flexible with your working environment, understanding our need for both in-office and hybrid working arrangements. A valid driving license and full enhanced DBS are required.
What the job involves
This role involves managing a variety of cases, including CASP, CP, PLO, and court cases within the East Locality team. You will join a busy and skilled team, supported by experienced leaders, to improve the safety and well-being of children and their families. The position offers training opportunities and monthly supervision to ensure ongoing professional development. You will be a key part of a team that values office presence for team support and spirit, enhancing your ability to impact lives positively.
