Who You Are
You are an experienced Social Worker with at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience. You are dedicated and committed to improving the safety and well-being of children and their families. You bring a positive impact to children’s lives through your child-centered approach and have a passion for delivering high-quality services. You must hold a valid driving license and a full enhanced DBS.
What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker, you will manage a variety of cases, including CASP, CP, PLO, and Court cases. You will work in a busy, supportive, and skilled team within the East Locality. Your role involves attending the office periodically while benefiting from flexible hybrid working hours. You will receive support and guidance from experienced team managers and principal social workers, along with opportunities for training and monthly supervision.
Skills
- 3+ years of post-qualifying experience

- Strong child-centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competency in managing a variety of cases
- Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment
