Public initiatives Project Manager – Castle Point Borough Council Castle Point, Essex Full-Time, Temporary 6-12 Months Contract, 37 Hours per Week £428.85 PAYE / £550 Umbrella per day. Closing Date: Wednesday 15th April 2026. Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Castle Point Borough Council to recruit a Public Initiatives Project Manager on a full-time, temporary basis. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site 3 days per week, Why Castle Point? Our values: Trust, Respect, Improving and Learning, and Customer Focus The Opportunity To support the Assistant Director Environment and working with the Environment Team on a number of projects related to the Councils £2.5 million Public Initiatives Fund, these projects will include rejuvenation and improvements to the Councils playgrounds, parks & open spaces.
