You will perform duties such as grass cutting, weeding, dead heading, hoeing, planting, pruning, leaf and moss removal, snow clearance, and maintaining communal beds. Your work must comply with current regulations, health and safety legislation, and the association's timelines. Responsibilities include ensuring fleet vehicles are maintained and used safely, completing digital work orders and paperwork on time, and operating tools and machinery following guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
