What the Job Involves

This role within the TA placements team involves supporting residents into temporary accommodation, ensuring suitable placements according to housing legislation. You will provide comprehensive housing advice, lead in sourcing housing options, facilitate allocation processes, and ensure all related functions are handled, including tenancy setup, record-keeping, and meeting emergency decant obligations. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to improve housing solutions and ensure safety and wellbeing, while adhering to Camden's policies and practices.
