What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker in Adult Services, you will be responsible for assessing the risk and care needs of service users, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in line with relevant legislation. You will manage a caseload of varying complexity, engage with individuals at risk, and work closely with other agencies to protect service users and support their independence. You will prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and participate in multi-agency meetings. Additionally, you will supervise unqualified staff or students as required.
