Who You Are
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 2 years of experience in social services or a similar community setting, such as rapid response. You have a strong ability to manage a caseload of residents with diverse and complex needs.
What the Job Involves
This role involves a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days of office work or visits. You will be responsible for carrying out assessments and providing recommendations for major and minor adaptations to meet the needs of residents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that residents receive the appropriate support to enhance their quality of life.
