Electoral Services Manager – Basildon Borough Council Basildon, Essex £40 PAYE / £50.02 Umbrella Full-Time, Temporary - 36.25 Hours per Week 3-6 Months Contract Closing Date: Monday 9th March 2026 Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit an Electoral Services Manager on a full-time, temporary basis however, part-time (30 hours) can be considered. Basildon Borough Council is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Elections Manager to lead and manage the Council’s Electoral Services Team. This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of all statutory electoral functions for the authority.
