*Please note this is a hybrid-working role, with a requirement to work in the Chelmsford office 1-2 days per month, depending on business need. We are looking for a thorough, inquisitive and methodical Capital Pipeline Co-ordinator to help us shape and progress a robust pipeline of capital projects that will support economic renewal and long-term growth across Essex.
