Repairs Administrator x2 Basildon, Essex £14.57 per hour Temporary Contract until March 2026 Full-Time, 36.25 hour per week Closing Date: Monday 3rd November 2025 Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit a Repairs Administrator on a full-time, temporary basis. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate’s will be required to work on-site at Barleylands Depot 3 days per week. MAIN PURPOSE The Repairs team’s purpose is to provide an effective support to the repairs operation carried out by our partner contractor Morgan Sindall. The team is responsible for dealing with customer and colleague enquiries, repair ordering, customer feedback, complaints investigation and response, performance management and recharge process. This work relates to repairs issues for Basildon Council Housing tenants and leaseholders. Duties Why choose Basildon Council?
