Planned Maintenance and Contracts Management Surveyor Location: Council Offices, Benfleet Job Title: Planned Maintenance and Contract Management Surveyor Full Time – 37 hours per week Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a Planned Maintenance and Contract Management Surveyor to join our Estates team within the Commercial & Assets Directorate. This is a key role in managing planned maintenance and facilities management operations across the Council’s corporate estate.
