Housing Income Officer Castle Point Borough Council We are looking for a full-time Housing Income Officer to work within the Finance and Procurement Service who can: Key Skills and Abilities Experience Previous practical experience in rent recovery, arrears management, and enforcement is essential. Experience in handling complex cases, supporting vulnerable tenants, and preparing for court proceedings is desirable. Qualifications Applicants must have a sound understanding of housing legislation, rent policy, and benefit regulations. Formal housing or income management qualifications are desirable.
