*Please note this is a hybrid-working role, with a requirement to work in the Chelmsford office 1 day per month on average, depending on business need. This opportunity will be offered as a 6 month fixed-term contract or secondment with the potential for an extension to 12 months. Join Essex Music Service as a Campaigns Advisor and help shape the future of inclusive music education across Essex. Working collaboratively with the Head of Essex Music Service under the leadership of the corporate Communications and Marketing Manager, this role will devise, manage and deliver a range of promotion campaigns. The role requires a strong communicator, able to work with internal and external stakeholders including partners and providers, to engage and inspire audiences. You will be experienced in using multichannel marketing tactics in the delivery of campaigns, including digital marketing, social media and communications. Adaptable and adept at working in a fast-moving environment that relies on real-time communications, the role requires understanding of the importance of data at every stage of planning, creation, amplification, engagement and evaluation when determining how best to meet audience needs. About you Educated to degree level or equivalent by experience. Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area. Evidence of strong project management skills and process with experience of multidisciplinary and cross-functional working. Demonstrable experience of communications and marketing campaigns, ideally in a public sector environment. An understanding of the agile way of working. Experience of working in a political environment, skills in understanding and responding to different perspectives and taking a cross organisational perspective (desirable).
