Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit a temporary Retrofit Project Manager on a 6 month basis in their Property, Asset Management & Development team. Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retrofit Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our retrofit projects. The Retrofit Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of construction and energy efficiency standards, with a keen interest in sustainable development and innovation. They should have a proven track record in managing projects from conception to completion and delivering results on time and within budget. They liaise with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specification.
