Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit a temporary Stock Conditions Technical Assistant on a 6 month basis in their Property, Asset Management & Development team. Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Stock Condition Team and ensure that databases and systems used by the team are kept up to date as required. Also to ensure that any written or telephone enquiries received are responded to in line with the Council’s key performance indicators. Post holders will be expected to adopt a flexible, adaptable and developmental outlook to their work areas, recognising and responding to the rapidly changing environment in which the team works.
